I have A2B installed and will have 5 servers query it simultaneously. Each server will be making 200 calls per minute for a total of 1,000 calls per minute. Does anyone have any real life experiences as to how well A2B will handle this type of load? Once I get everything finalized, I'd be happy to share my experiences with this with the forum.

I won't assume it will work. You would need multiple servers. You can have a single DB and multiple Asterisk servers. Your customers can send calls to any one of your servers. If you have really good servers, you might be able to do 500 calls each if you have perfect configuration. If you want your customers to call only one IP, you will need a load balancer like OpenSIPS.
