Hi,

I have made an agreement with certain companies to offer lower cost dialing for my business customers. Basically the standard number to call the company are shared cost numbers, I have been given standard PSTN numbers.

I am looking for a way to give my customers a short code i.e. 115600 to call a particular company.

So for example my customer calls 115600, a2billing matches the rate then dials the full PSTN number, in the clients call history it will show 115600.

Is there a way to do this in a2billing?

Using the DID functionality. create a DID of 115600, and give it a destination. The owner of the DID will be charged for the B-Leg, while the caller will be charged according to the on-net charges set against the DID.

Thanks for that I never even considered DID's. Only issue I have is that the on net charges don't seem to allow you to set the billing block. Is this possible, as I need to charge per minute to make this work.
