I'm selling virtual phone systems to my customers... Below is a very common config and I need help on how to combine the invoice/billing for all three account codes...

For example. I have one company. They have 3 x FreePBX extensions. Each extension has their own A2billing account code. The context is set to [a2billing-sip]. This allows each end user to have a simple 3 digit extension that they register their SIP phones with and they can call each other via 3 digit extension numbers. Since the context is [a2billing-sip] all calls are billed and/or accounted for. Now, each extension also has it's own Caller ID so when they make outbound calls it shows their own direct phone number. This phone number is also how people call them typically. This allows each extension to have dedicated phone numbers... Now, the only way I got this to work was by adding Caller ID's for each account code via the customers section of A2billing.. Everything works except when invoicing... I have to generate a difference invoice for each account code. I need all account codes to fall under one company/customer.

How can I do this? At one time I had all customers sharing an account code, however, the outbound caller ID wouldn't work correctly.
