I want that whenever a user calls up he gets a free card the first time, after that his CID should attach to that card
At this time I get Sorry, your authentication has failed

Have you tried enabling that setting?

Please don't post large files in-line as it makes the thread difficult to read. Instead please attach them a .txt files.

Hmm... I don't use this functionality myself, but I'm sure it worked when I was testing it.
Do the other threads here relevant to your needs offer any hints? How about your log files?

Check the value cid_auto_assign_card_to_cid , if this is set to yes and cid_enable also yes, this gave me lot of authentication fails . Just a tip, this might not be relevant to your query .
