I'm passing a DID from FreePBX, using the DID switch, and can change the DID Destination: to FPBX Local/extensionnumber@from-internal, or s@ivr-1, or outside trunk, or other SIP gateway and complete calls just fine!

However, unable to complete a call to a registered VOIP Settings user using: local/accountnumber@a2billing or SIP/accountnumber@a2billing .

I also can make outbound calls from this registered VOIP Settings user just fine.

What is the syntax for this in DID Destination field when routing to a VOIP Settings user?

Appreciate any help!

SIP/accountnumber or in some cases, SIP/accountnumber/DID

I made call from my cell 714xxxxxxx to DID 202xxxxxxx with DID Destination set to sip/906xxxxxxx/202xxxxxxx and the call looped.

Got SIP response 482 "Loop Detected" back from xxx.xxx.xxx.252:5060
-- SIP/906xxxxxxx-000002d6 is circuit-busy
== Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)

I tried to upload the log.txt, but received "Could not upload attachment to ./files/5886_5c2e909b8502ebfd3c6845a0516c5a84." ...

Appreciate any help you can offer.

Hi

it looks like the call is being looped somewhere as the error message suggests, check the flow of the DID.
