Thanks for Replay

Let me explain you properly. I create one sip account for outbound dialing in a2billing. I configure that sip account on eyebeam. When i dial any customer number it connect properly and i talk to customer. But the problem is that when i dial any number and press dial button it shows call established message on eyebeam display screen while ringing on customer number.
If i configure freepbx sip account on same eyebeam it shows calling message on eyebeam display screen while ringing on customer number when customer pickup the call then it shows call established message.

I checked everything on a2billing but i can't understand which happen. Could you please help me out in this.

Hi

Don't answer the call, in either the dialplan, or the agi-conf.

Hi

In which case, check the logs or asterisk console to see where the call is being answered.
