I upgraded php to 5.1.6 and mysql 5 , I can log in to the admin interface but can not view any seccion on the menu, I have this error in web browser "Sorry, you don t have access to this page !" and apache logs show me this error:

Every get an answer about this....I'm having the same issue.

open(/var/lib/php/session/sess_55523ee359044607f1d3722e70773327, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in


check permissions for /var/lib/php/session , if you are running apache as user asterisk then u might need to change permissions of that directory .. chmod 777 /var/lib/php/session

chmod 777 /var/lib/php/session

This fixed the error for me.

I had the same trouble, the erros was with the partition usage reached the 100%
