Sorry your identification failed.
This is what I hear after installation of 1.3 I have created a sip-friend and it is registered.
I am using idefisk Softphone for the tests

Anyone know what can be the problem?

Added after 1 hours 10 minutes:

This problem is solved. It was some connection problem with the database
