I have been using A2B1.2.3 and now 1.3.0 Beta with TB2.2 successfully for some time now.

I have ironed out most of the issues that I was facing except one.

I live outside the USA and obviously would like to use my own currency (NZD) as a base currency for all transactions (invoicing, paypal payments etc....)

I have already changed the following settings in a2billing.conf:

base_currency = nzd
currency_code = nzd

and I also change the currency under the customer profile to nzd

and still currency is showing NZD = 0.655, which means that customers will still be charged based on $1= 1.2$nzd.

Is there anywhere else that I need to change base currecny to make sure that NZD=1?

Many thanks

Hi

Did you remember to click update on the currency list under customer?

Yes I did.

Is there any other changes that I need to do? or what I have mentioned is all that needs to be done. Certainly most of other people have come actoss this problem, not every one lives in USA.

cheers

Hi

I just tried this on my own test platform: -

Starting with the system in USD: -

NZD New Zealand Dollar (NZD) 0.73959

Changed the base currency in a2billing.conf - base_currency = nzd

Clicked "click here to update now" in the currency list, it replied with: -

"Success! All currencies are now updated"

and the result: -

NZD New Zealand Dollar (NZD) 1.00000

So for me this all works fine, which I hope gives some encouragement that this product is not just for US Dollars.

Can you just go through the steps above again.

Joe
