Hi, i have installed succefully.
linux fc4+asterisk 1.4.7+a2billing1.30
now do all place in /html folder.. but when i write
http://10.110.12.78/A2Billing_UI/Public/index.php
on browser it gives nothing except a white page. i think its connected succefully but does any body know why its like that ?
plz help me..

You must apply installation script:
cd /usr/src/A2Billing_1.3.0/addons
./install.sh

man i already copied A2BCustomer_UI A2Billing_AGI A2Billing_UI
folders in /var/www/html/
so also installed addons,, no way. help me..

Can you put in a simple test page, just to confirm that your Webserver is working and the permissions are all correct.

Generally, we run httpd and asterisk under the same user - asterisk

hi man, i already test my another PHP script its already working fine,
but listen when i dial extention like

exten => _X, 1 , AGI (a2billing.php)

1st gives me error like "NO AGI class f ound in a2billing.php:
but next time, it does nt giv me this error, but script did nothing, just after this next priority HANGUP, so plz tell me whts that?

Wow. You're not making a whole lot of sense to me, but that most recent error you 'quoted' sounds like you didn't update php.ini to include the libs_a2billing folder in include_path.

i m not asking that how to edit confs files of asterisk, just asking that how to include in PHP script? is that hav to include that u r telling me.. anywaz i need my solution , rest its my first time to do in a2billing, there r many others like ASTCC that i can use, but i have to try a2billing this time, just tell me step by step, so i can make it sure that i m on the right path, thanx for the quick reply

I've just searched the installation guide and I can't find any reference to the modification to php.ini I was trying to refer you to.

I based my previous advice on outdated knowledge of the installation procedure. Asterisk2Billing now seems to function just fine without adding anything to include_path in php.ini. I'm very sorry to have mislead you. Perhaps someone else has some idea what may be causing Jehanzaib's problem?

This is complete guesswork, but my next port-of-call in diagnosing your problem would likely be to try checking the AGI installation folder for permissions:I would also check that the libs_a2billing folder contains all of the following:

Failing that try copying & pasting more of the debug log. What looks innocent to you may ring alarm bells for more experienced users.
