Got SIP response 603 "Declined" back from HELP

I am using Elastix 1.3 Stable release and I configure A2Billing without a problem I can make calls to any US and Canada telephone numbers by using my calling card which I generated but the problem comes when I call to Pakistan or any other International numbers when I call 0119221NUMBER or 01192300cellphone number I just got a message saying

Can anyone please help me.

Hi

This is really a carrier or Asterisk issue, neither of which we support on this forum.

You need to get that route working, possibly outside of A2Billing, so you don't have the complexities of A2Billing involved.

A good place to start will be with the help files of your carrier for configuring a trunk to them.

Or perhaps it's as simple as your carrier demanding an international prefix. You're sending '92...', try modifying your configuration so it sends '0092...' instead.

There is documentation available. First try disabling the stripping of international-prefixes.

i have the same problem i call everyday to USA but i am trying to dial 1-347-xxx-xxxx and i have this message i don't know what happen?
please help me

Hi

Are you delivering 1347xxxxxxx or 347xxxxxxx to your carrier.

If it's the latter, then it could be the the leading 1 is being removed by the system. see system settings.

If it's the former then it's a configuration of Trunk / carrier
