Use Open Office Calc to manipulate your files ( Free bu the way). When comes the time to save it. Use Save as a .csv file, look at the bottom of the dialog box and check the "Edit Filer Settings " checkbox.. this brings you to another dialog ox choose "keep current format".. again another dialog box this time choose ";" that is semicolon without the "" sign as field identifier.. Save now and you are ready to import... Took me a while and a lot of frustration to come with this method and it works all the time This is what this forum is about: Sharing our findings.. and again thanks to the A2Billing team for a wonderful and stable software

finally i found solution. Database table indexing have been overflowed. Reindex the table and its working fine now.
