Hello,

How can I batch delete based on card number or plan?
Would it be easier to get access to database? What are the default port, ip, username, and password for it if that's the easiest?

Are there any other ways other than getting into MySql (and maybe breaking everything) to batch delete rate cards, custoerms, etc...?

There is no select or check mark radio box. By batch delete I mean deleting 1000 customers at once.

hmmm....I guess I am REALLY missing something here. Where is the "Delete All" button? Is that under Batch Update? I see that in-front of each customer there is a Delete button which deletes that specific customer and not all the customers at once.
