i change the asterisk version, but i still getting the same error
do you have another idea

if you are using asterisk 1.6 you need to change "," instead of "|" on Dialcommand param in agi.conf.

Go to A2B menu => system settings =>group list, and then look for the agi.conf1 click on details and change the dialcommand param.

It is not necessary to change the dial command parameters, simply to ensure that in global settings that the Asterisk version is set from the default 1_4 to 1_6

i fianally changed the version from 1_4 TO 1_6
I also added rate, it is now working
