Hi,
I have installed Elastix PBX software on a server. Elastix has a A2Billing 1.3 incorporated and running asterisk 1.4. I have set up one incomming DID, few extensions and 2 sip trunk that work well. Using the free PBX i have set up a custom destination. When I set the incomming call to ring on and extension everything work fine. When I set the incomming calls to ring on A2 billing custom application I do not hear the message "Please enter your pin number follow by the # key"

Anyone help please.

It could be due to several different flaws in your A2Billing configuration or even Asterisk custom destination issue. I suggest you login and try asterisk -rvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv command, make a call to A2Billing and diagnose from there on or post it here.
