I would like to configure a CallPlan similar to the Portuguese traditional PSTN providers, where people dont need to dial the country prefix (351).
Something like (with no need to dial 351):
call to 210329169 (system dials 00351210329169)

But if they what to dial a foreign number (like Spain), they have to dial:
0034 9145678974 (system dials 00349145678974)

How can I configure this in A2B?
I can create a CallPlan with 2 ratecards, but when I dial the PSTN, I need to put 351 in the Portuguese numbers.

I should be like this:
if (9 numbers) -> prefix with 00351
if (starts with 00) -> do nothing

How can I do this automatically?
