 Post subject: Modifying the customer signup page

I would like to modify the customer signup page (http://xxx.xxx.xxx/a2billing/customer/signup.php). So how would I go about removing or hiding some of the signup fields like ("FAXNUMBER", "TRAFFIC PER MONTH", etc.)? Any example would be great, thx.
