Hi i am new with a2billing, and want to know how to add a provider to a2billing and how to provide billing for calls to this provider.

In a nut shell:

Create a provider under Trunk
Create a trunk for that provider
create a rate card under Ratecard and add this trunk to it
Add rates to it
Create a call plan and add the ratecard to it
create customers and add the callplan to them for billing...

And do ALOT of reading...
