Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this. I am still quite a novice at this whole thing. I currently provide a phone service to inmates local to long distance. I host my pbx server with callwithus.com (not an advertisment just hoping it provides pertinent info).

Basically I offer 2 plans
Domestic (which gives 1,000 minutes talk time a month)
International (which gives 500 minutes talk time a month).

Right now the default call options are standard and premium

Can anyone tell me how I would create a "International" option that forwards the call to us after 500 minutes in a month. And a Domestic that does the same thing after 1,000 minutes.

I tried to ask the host company... however he referred me to this forum. Which leaves me to believe it is probably a complicated question :(

Hi,

What you mean, "forwards the call to us"

As I understand you would like the client to stop making calls after your monthly minutes to end. Correct?

Thank You Mr. Provedor for responding. Yes, this is correct. I would either like the number they have to dial us (be redirected to our office) by default however if it is to difficult I want it to just stop calling out.

Either option would be a big help.

I'm having an idea...
You can create a RateCard with rates as follows:

SELLING RATE = 1
SELLRATE MIN DURATION = 60
SELLRATE BILLING BLOCK = 60

The A2B will be charging 1 credit for each customer 60 sec. This means that if you give 500 credit for the customer he can talk 500 minutes.
