Hi guys,

I have a working healthy a2billing box , running on asterisk 1.4.21 which I am intending to upgrade it to 1.4.29 but also I want to add some new codecs while updating like "speex and ilbc".

I also have a Sangoma E1 card on this and the driver is working fine too.

if I just do make install will it cause any damage? what should I backup before running this in case it didn't go well?
