the message is registration error 404: not found on me softphone, and the console ( CLI ) show the next error
[Feb 12 17:56:07] NOTICE[3230]: chan_sip.c:16352 handle_request_register: Registration from '"1932653208"<sip:[email protected]>' failed for '192.168.1.172' - No matching peer found
i have others extensions done and registry very well.

Possibly an incorrect username password on the phone, or an incorrect or non existence of the correct entry in either the DB or in the text file for SIP friends
