Can't figure, why lower Sell price in CDR

I am still running version 1.3.2. and I just can't figure why on my CDR report at random, inconsistent places my Sell rate is quite a bit higher than my Buy rate - even though both values have been equal when I imported them and are still equal in MySQL db.

So I am getting for example on a call to Italy (Mobile)
Duration: 01:05
Buy: 0.193
Sell: 0.105 :shock:

Margin: -84.61%
Markup: -45.83%

Any explanations?????

Is the billing increment the same in each place?

Hi Joe

Yes billing increments is the same for all rates. However - I left the "sellrate billing block" at 0, while for:
buyrate min duration = 60
buyrate billing block = 60
sellrate min duration = 60
