 Post subject: cannot create a new customer

Hi
Please need help
i have finally installed a2billing but i am still unable to make a call
While creating a new customer i got this error:
Your new Card hasn't been inserted.

When i want to register the a2billing through Customers > Voip settings > Reload Asterisk i got this :
Cannot connect to the asterisk manager!
Please check your manager configuration.
