Hi,

I currently have a 1.3.4 install - the install was done using PIAF's a2billing-install script. I installed this about couple of years ago. I want to upgrade it to the latest version. The strategy I planned for the upgrade is to try it out on a test system.

1) Create another 1.3.4 system using PIAF 1.4 - Let me call it 'Server B' (Let me call the the original server as 'Server A')
2) Backup the database on Server A and restore it on the new Server B
3) Follow the upgrade procedures found in the forum to upgrade to latest A2Billing version.

I remember about a year ago, I was able to build another 1.3.4 from another PIAF without any problems on a CentOS 5.3, so I was confident that I should be able to build a new 'Server B' without any problem. So I started to install:

1)
a. I got the CentOS 5.3 downloaded - I wanted to keep the system same.
b. I did all the Yum groupinstalls and installs to make sure all the libs, tools, servers, php, pear, etc. packages are there.
c. I then installed PIAF (1.3 version)
d. After PIAF successfully installed I backed up and restored all freepbx stuff
e. I then did a update fixes and update scripts as recommended by PIAF
f. I then ran install-a2billing - intially the install looked like was going fine. But then I saw some errors and finally saw that callback daemon did not install.

Here is the capture I have any help on how to fix this would be great, I can wipe out the system and start from fresh with a base CentOS 5.3 install and build my system to a2billing 1.3.4 first and then I can pursue the upgrade. So please help.

Please see the attached log file towards the end of the file are most of the errors. I am suspecting that it may have to do something with the pear updates I have done using yum. Here are some of the updates I have done (Please note that some of these were already installed):

yum -y install kernel-devel
yum -y install php-mysql
yum -y install php
yum -y install php-gd php-mbstring php-pear php-pear-DB

yum -y install perl
yum -y install perl-libwww-perl
yum -y install perl-DBD-MySQL
yum -y install perl-Net-DNS

yum -y install perl-DateManip perl-DBI perl-suidperl perl-XML-Parser
