 Post subject: CallPlan Table

Hi There:

I have make an application for customers where they open accounts which reflects on the A2Billing it's working but with an issue, I couldn't find any table relating to the table for Call Plan. At the moment there is only one table but when a customer is created from the front of the site it show blank in the customer account in a2billing so the calls for this customer doesn't go through. When I open the account and select the Call Plan it does works fine.

Can anyone please tell me which table holds the Call Plans data and if there are more than one call plan how can I make on default, as I am not leaving any option for Call Plan when registering from the website.

I would appreciate any suggestion.

Hello Spacibo,

If I correctly understood your issue, then what you are looking for is in the Configurations :

In the Admin web interface, got to :
System Settings --> Group List --> CallPlan ID List

Here you can define a comma separated list of call plans to be presented to the user to choose from. Still you can define one only and it will be taken as the default.
