a suggestion about buying cost.

many calling cards take collect calls, which costs every call. to calculate correct buying cost, i suggest to expand the callerid prefix and dnid prefix to "INCOMING TRUNKS" config.

it should include:
1. callerid prefix
2. dnid prefix
3. in trunk config, classify trunks as incoming/outgoing/both.
4. for each incoming trunk, config cost like ratecard/rate
