 Post subject: CDR "incoming" and "outgoing" calls

Hi,

It seems to me that one of the basic CDR reporting , should be the ability for a user to search all his "incoming" and outgoing calls seperately.

Especially now that a2billing has free minutes ability. A user should be able to search by date range and see how much of his monthly alloted outgoing calls have been used so far.


Where we presently have "answered calls" and "all calls" we could add the 2 new check options "incoming"=DID_VOIP " and "outgouing"=STANDARD in the option field so a search can be done on them seperately.

I need quote to do this a2billing modification.

i just cant see why the developers would leave out such a BASIC search criterion, the very basis of telecommunication is "incoming call and outgoing calls. Why would you leave out the ability to report on each.
