Hey - is there, or has anyone developed an API that can be integrated into a softphone, so as "Balance", or "Today's CDR's" ??

Thanks - KK

I've seen such a thing mentioned many times on this forum, but noone has ever laid claim to have done the work.
I'm sure it would almost trivial to implement. Is there a accepted/standard method for softphones to retrieve this information, and in what format would they want the CDRs in particular.
The softphone might do well to include support for displaying used/remaining minutes of package offers if they are returned.

I'm pretty sure you could get remaining minutes returned. Here is a snippet of an E-Mail I was sent from the developer.

Yes. No problem. Usually this job is mainly done by you on your web server. I invoke the URL or webservice provided by you.

So I'd say it could definately be accomplished if we had such API.
