I would like to see this feature in next version of A2B: _ Instead of "Inactive" and "Active", it should be better "Inactivated", "Activated", "Used" and "Cancelled". _ In case a voucher is cancelled, the balance of account X will be subtracted, if he used this voucher to add credit to his account. Just my 2 cent. |

Hi I would agree with your first three definitions, inactive / active / used however, the area of billing needs to be reviewed. In standard billing and accounting systems, if you wanted to remove money from someones account, you would apply a negative payment with some text to say why you had done this. As an aside, I think that the vouchers should have a text field for future reseller usage, so that vouchers issued to a retail point can be easily tracked. Joe |
