All, how are you guys reconciling with your carriers? Im looking at the asteriskcdrdb.cdr tables and also the mya2billing.cc_call tables to work my cdrs. however i cannot find any field to link a record in the 2 tables together, unless im missing something. i need to find a way to reconcile my inbound cost by list of customers. as i have lists of customers who are using certain carriers only and all my DID and 800 providers do not bill flat rate. is there a way to link a record on the 2 tables listed above? and how are you guys reconciling your carrier bills? The presence of the asteriskcdrdb.cdr database would suggest you are using FreePBX. This is produced by FreePBX, and will not help you with Carrier reconciliation. Usually, you would inspect the CDR in A2Billing, where you have already put in your carrier costs, and see that the minutes and cost roughly match what you have been charged by your carrier. Joe |
