Hello, This request is to add the total inbound duration from when the call was answered by mya2billing and started prompting for pin number. right now the system counts the sessioin time which is the answered duration. can a field be added in mya2billing.cc_call to show the total inbound duration so we can reconcile the inbound carrier cost exactly. please contact me if info is needed.
