Hello folk,

Now I encountered an issue that is very common in VOIP service
the caller finds the voice quality is poor right after he is answered
by the party. so caller has to hang up and makes the second call
after a few seconds struggling.

In this case, caller wishes no charge for the first 10-15 seconds.
How can we set up such function in a2billing

of course I can set the connection fee to make up the reasonable charge for the first 10-15 second if the calls are good from the beginning.

thanks
Yan

Hi

There is a setting in the agi-conf for exactly this function of only bill a minimum duration.

An Emergency Alert System is used in scenarios such as evacuation notices, missing person alerts, crime prevention, community notifications and weather alerts, but can also be used in a variety of other roles including surveying, polling and voting.
