i want to charage .06 cent for first 10 minutes then .07 cent for next 20 minutes and .08 cent for rest of minutes.

please explain me i am counfused aout Time Charge and Billing Block



STEPCHARGE A
When entering in the cycle 'A', define the amount to charge for the entrance.
CHARGE A
When entering in the cycle 'A', define the rate to apply.
TIMECHARGE A
Define the duration of the cycle 'A'.
BILLING BLOCK A
Define the duration of each billing block to apply the rate 'CHARGE A'.
STEPCHARGE B
When entering in the cycle 'B', define the amount to charge for the entrance.
CHARGE B
When entering in the cycle 'B', define the rate to apply.
TIMECHARGE B
Define the duration of the cycle 'B'.
BILLING BLOCK B
Define the duration of each billing block to apply the rate 'CHARGE B'.
STEPCHARGE C
When entering in the cycle 'C', define the amount to charge for the entrance.
CHARGE C
When entering in the cycle 'C', define the rate to apply.
TIMECHARGE C
Define the duration of the cycle 'C'.

Time charge is the period of time to charge that rate

Billing block is the increment, e.g. bill to the nearest minute, 30 seconds or one second

if i am right it would like this

Charge A =.06
time charge a = 600
Billing block a = 60
charge b =.07
time charge b =1200
Billing Block b=60

is it right till Charge b ?

how to define .08 for rest time. i man what will be Time Charge C /

Leave time charge C blank, or put it some ridiculously high figure.
