1)perhaps have option for requiring one on login 2) Change existing forgot password and signup captchas to recaptcha http://recaptcha.net/ helping blind people read is good. 
I do not see why everyone would need their own captcha account so it could all go under the a2b account by defualt unless someone wants to change it. Thanks! KM |
