Hi, We have 2 plans given to customer. one is a basic plan and the other is the premium plan. both have different charges. How to allow customers to change their already registered plan to a diffternt plan which should effect billing as well. This should effect the existing users as well as new users Need your kind help |

Hi This can be achieved via your rate tables, in the same way that Call-Labs does it, or voice trading. A prefix is used to select the premium route and another prefix to select the lowcost route. Thus each customer can chose what route they want based on the call they happen to be making. Joe |
