Is there any instruction (thread) out there that guide you through customizing the a2billing customer user interface (such as inserting logo, modifying header & footer, etc.)?

There are no detailed instructions that I'm aware of, but this is understandable as teaching the basics of HTML/CSS is not within the scope of this forum.
Have you consulted the existing templates at all? They're extremely simple documents.

PS I moved your thread; it's a request for help, not a success story.
