Is there a way to allow person to dial while announcing credit balance. A user will start dialing a number before the message has completed which produces a "bad number dialled" (lost digits) and a upset user. |

yes it might be possible but it will request a bunch of rewriting on the AGI and probably the use of Text2speech like Cepstral to play the balance (https://www.cepstral.com) The problem of play balance make it impossible to catch dtmf over it. I want to be help for because I want the dtmf for the be louder than the voice prompt for them no to allow customer to wait until the end of the voice prompt to start dialing can someone help me with that |
