I am using your A2Bling V1.3 Yellowjacket In Malaysia For Callback Service.
Here in Malaysia many company providing callback service with others softswitch and billing.Every Service Provider In Malaysia IVR announcement more( for example:110 mins talk time But in real talk time customer get 80 mins to 85 mins)
That's mean all provider are deducting money from Pin such way that customer does not feel it.

For my a2blling is fix as follow

Is that any way more deduction can be added to Ratecard ? Then I can announcement more mins and set multiple deductions as others service provider doing in Malaysia.Otherwise I am loosing customer and business.


Please let me know the cost of adding multiple deduction to ratecared.
