Hi, Does A2Billing offer recharging option or adding a new user for the following method User buys a recharge card of value say $X. User scratches the card to determine the pin number. 1. User dials <access code><pin number>#, the ANI of the mobile phone used by the user gets credited for $X. User is notified about the credit using USSD or SMS. 2. User dials <access code>, an IVR prompts the user to enter the PIN number, the ANI of the phone used by the user gets credited for $X. User is notified about the credit using USSD or SMS. After every call, the user is notified about the remaining credit using USSD or SMS. thanks |

Hi To top up an existing customer, you can use the voucher system, which works pretty much as described, but no integration with SMS. The Voucher can be added via an IVR, or via the customer UI. Joe |

Create Voucher(s) IVR Method Set Asterisk dialplan to call voucher IVR Dial Voucher IVR When prompted, enter number on voucher or Web Method Enter Customer UI Select Voucher Type voucher number into appropriate field. |
