Hi all, A silly question I am a sure, but hopefully someone will know the answer. I have setup a prepaid customer in A2billing and assigned a balance. The starting balance was 0 and I refilled the account to £50. When I make calls, I notice that the Credit Balance increases instead of decreasing. Sure enough when I look at the a2billing_agi.log, I see the following entry. UPDATE cc_card SET inuse = inuse - 1, credit = credit + 0.25 WHERE username = '50714xxxxx']] [30/05/2013 19:12:20]:[CallerID:+xxxxxxxxx]:[CN:50714xxxxx]:[[exit] I have replaced some numbers with 'x' chars for security. Please note that the update increases the balance instead of decreasing it? Why is this? The cdr's are costed correctly, so I am at a loss. I am using A2billing 2.0.4 and Asterisk 11.04. Hi Everyone, I've just been told the answer to this issue. Basically, it's a dial balance reservation deducted at the start of a call, designed to prevent a negative balance. If the call does not go through, it will credit the balance back. To change this, go to AGI.conf and locate Dial Balance reservation = 0.25. On a side note, anyone know how to set-up alerts if the ASR for a given customer drops below a threshold? |
