 Post subject: Calling from Mobile / Landline

HI

When I make a call from mobile it recognises the account and without asking the for PIN it tells the balance but when I call from landline it doesn't recognise the account and asks for the PIN. Have tried from many landline numbers with same result and the caller id of the phones are enabled.

All the numbers are listed/added in the account CALLER ID field.

Is it a bug, can it be fixed?

Hi

You need to check that the caller ID is being correctly received by Asterisk.
