It seems like the rates in the CDR reports aren't doing the math right. I made a call to China for 19 mins which is set to let's just say $0.01 per min. The CDR report says that it only cost me $0.014 for the whole call....any ideas?

I have the same problem:

I have tried all the below options and none of the calls are rated correctly.

sell rate = 0.60
minimum duration = 0
billing increment = 0

sell rate = 0.60
minimum duration = 0
billing increment = 60

sell rate = 0.60
minimum duration = 1
billing increment = 60

sell rate = 0.60
minimum duration = 1
billing increment = 1

If I make a 27 second all the cost of the call should be 0.27 as the charge is 0.60 per minute and we are billing in per seconds. This is some of the results I have from the CDR report.

00:15 1541132133 a2trunk ANSWER STANDARD 0.345
00:06 1541132133 a2trunk ANSWER STANDARD 0.173
00:08 1541132133 a2trunk ANSWER STANDARD 0.345

in /etc/asterisk/a2billing.conf

check:

;base currency define the default currency that you want to use to setup your system (see the currency table to know the currency code)
base_currency = eur

or whatever currency you want

make also an:

/var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/libs_a2billing/crontjob/currencies_update_yahoo.php

I have checked the details and my default currency to GBP and I do have the file /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/libs_a2billing/crontjob/currencies_update_yahoo.php located where suggested.

I'm working with USD...will double check my config but am pretty sure it's set to USD.

yes....set to USD but reports are still calculating incorrect.

I have managed to solve my problem.

I changed the a2billing.conf with the following and it worked for me.

min_duration_2bill = 1

It was set to 0 and I changed it to 1
