What do you mean?

Patching the file will make the changes for you unless you are not applying to the right files. Why don't you tell us what you did step by step, and what error message have you received. Copy and paste those messages hear if necessary.

Added after 4 minutes:

Oh, I forgot to mention something. You have to download the raw version of the patch file. The link for that version is at the very bottom of this page http://trac.asterisk2billing.org/cgi-bi ... =%2F%40431.

That will be the patch file that you will use in order to make the changes.

Unless you know what you are doing, DO NOT TRY TO MODIFY ANYTHING BY HAND.

Sorry to confuse the issue Nazimou.
The link I provided shows the same change twice, once for 1.3 and once for trunk. You only need apply it to the two files involved once.

So I resume,
I have copy and paste the two file in /agi-bin/ and /agi-bin/libs_a2billing/

I have mad the patch of asiby (the 2 commands).

But In the where I connect with the customer interface into DID to buy a DID number,

I choose a country(spain) but I have also 'Select Virtual Phone Number'.

I have create a did number in admin UI (in list DID I have for example
0654789654 Fix+Dial 2007-11-28 13:42:35 2032-11-28 13:42:35 spain Spain Active 00:00 5)

How can the customer buy a DID please

Great stuff asiby :D Wonder if you could work just a little more of your magic. In the admin interface, if you edit a given destination, the drop down shows all numbers as the customer UI did.

Regards

Nazimou, if you have already applied my patch and wants to apply the one from Stavros, you have to undo my patch by applying it again. In any cases, make sure that you are in the correct folder b4 patch the files. In your last post, you were "not" in the correct folders. None of theses patches show come even close to agi-bin. You need to read my post again cause the folders a clearly mentioned and highlighted in read.

It make sense. But I thought that it was a normal behavior since the admin interface is only accessible to admins, and they usually have no restrictions. Before doing anything about that, we have to make sure if it is a bug or an intended behavior.

Hi,

I updated to 1.3.3 and still, if admin adds a destination then DID Usage would not show the DID as reserved.
Is this supposed to work that way? My database is getting larger and I find it hard to assign new destinations, because I see all the DIDs and don't really know which is free and which reserved.
Is there any way to fix that?

Thanks!

Things haven't changed in v1.3.3 in this regard.

I don't think so. I've always subscribed customers to DIDs by logging into the Customer UI for then.

I'd be surprised if that was the only side-effect of not having purchased the DIDs from the customer UI. I didn't think the customers would be billed...

Login as each customer and subscribe to the relevant DIDs.

Thanks!

I had the same idea - subscribing customers from their frontend. Only I don't let them subscribe for dids on their own. And I disabled this functionality in Customer UI.
So I guess I'll have to change that setting every time I want to assign DID to one of them, or make a copy of the Customer UI and a2biling.conf with different setting.
