I want the system to add the CID (to a given card) on the first call from a card holder, but I don't want the system to allow more than 1 CID to be added. Im not sure I understand your response, areski. I also have limited to 1 caller id per card, but when the customer calls from a new CID every time, the system adds the new CID. How can I fix this? Pleas enote that in my case, the customer is not adding from the web, just auto adding through IVR.

Regards,

Rafael

That's a bug I would say.
I've had a go at fixing it, but I warn you I haven't tested it at all. There's a patch attached to the bug I opened on your behalf.
Please let us know if this fixes your issue.

Rafael, did you test this yet? Does it fix your problem (or perhaps even cause other problems)?
