sometimes lost billing and cdr for some call

I use asterisk-1.4.11 and asterisk2billing-1.3.0 running on fedora 7.
it is work well.but sometime to find that making some call not be update to billing no cdr. display like this. no run insert cdr and update system.

any one find this too, and how to resolve it?

First of all can you test to see if this is caused by who clears down the call first? I'm thinking that if the caller clears down you'll get billing records, and if the called party hangs up first then you get no billing.

This is either caused by php-pcntl not being installed correctly (search the forums; this topic has been covered repeatedly), or perhaps the changes to AGI/DeadAGI behaviour in Asterisk v1.4 are interacting badly with A2B. I don't run Asterisk v1.4 myself yet so I couldn't say for sure.
