Hi ALL,

I have a problem with dialstatus and answered time which when the call finished or not answer. The dial status and answered time didn't show in the cdr report. When i do the debug. the value of the variable $answeredtime and $dialstatus don't show.

I've spent 5 minutes searching, but the ABE resources are poor. Is that a recent version? Do you know which version of open-source Asterisk it would correspond most closely to? By the looks of things you'll have to hope Digium fix it, or pay Digium extra for source code access and patch it yourself.

The ABE version is the newest version. It's closely to asterisk 1.2.xx

I found that "0004854: [patch] allows asterisk to send SIGHUP to child AGI scripts on hangup ". I'm not sure it related or not ?

It certainly sounds related. Can you give a link to it so we can read the changes to the C source too please?

There are several possible causes for this problem. See the thread I linked to previously in the bored, sleeping smilies. Follow the links in that thread and you'll eventually find the post where I sum up everything I know about this problem with links to patches.

Thanks. That bug seems to document the changes that happened that required PHP's pcntl extension to be built in. This is covered in that thread I linked you to in my first reply.

i found that php-pcntl package already installed, It's not working.
It still doesn't show the value of the parameter.
