Hello Everyone,

I have finally setup A2billing and have everything pretty much working except for the calls! lol. I have my rate cards, call plans, etc all setup and they work correctly as far as the Ratecard simulator is concerned. When trying to place a call after the IVR prompts me for the phone number it rings once and then says 'The Number you have dialed is currently unavailable."

There are a few lines in the AGI debug window that concern me:

I placed X's instead of the numbers for obvious reasons, however I am 100% sure that they are in the correct format for the current provider that I am using. If I dial the numbers manually (a normal asterisk call) it works perfect. For my trunk settings in a2billing I am using the exact trunk name that is in asterisk however it still won't work. What am I doing wrong??
Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Hi,..

I thinks you missed one number witout (X)s ... line 5

Regarding your problem .. is it still there ??

Hi

In your a2billing context, are you using agi or deadagi to run a2billing.php - there is a little confusion here. it should be deadagi.

secondly, I see you are dialling 9011XXX -is this the string of numbers that your carrier expects to see?
