Hello
I have too many errors when upgrade to 1.3.1 :

Dec 27 09:42:53 asterisk1 php: /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/libs_a2billing/Class.RateEngine.php[67]: Undefined index: force_callplan_id
Dec 27 09:42:53 asterisk1 php: /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/libs_a2billing/Class.RateEngine.php[79]: date(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. Please use the date.timezone setting, the TZ environment variable or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/Lima' for 'PET/-5.0/no DST' instead

They indicate you haven't updated a2billing.conf with those new config entries. Actually it looks like your a2billing.conf might still be v1.2.3! 'diff' the sample a2billing.conf against you own. You can also use Trac to see what changed between the 1.3.0beta (revision 1) and 1.3.1 releases (revision 463), but its history doesn't go any further back than that.
