when i want to call a mobile phone number it says "your credit is to low to comlete this call ... " and then "the number you have dialed is curently not available" even if i have enough balance.

In "freetimetocall" field ratecard table i have 0, this should be the normal mode, shouldnt?

Use the rate card simulator to see which rate it's matching.

Hmmm... and you used the simulator with the same card as you're hoping to dial with?
I guess it's not impossible you are receiving this message from your carrier.
Whatever the cause, watching the Asterisk console (with 'set verbose 15') whilst dialling should offer some clues.

Well voipdiscount is giving you error

Got SIP response 480 "Temporarily not available" back from 194.221.62.198

make sure you have correct username ir password supplied for the register line in sip_additional.conf

Also go to cli line and check via sip show peers to see if voipdiscount is connected.

yes, you say you are getting, "your credit is to low to comlete this call ." Yet there is no place in your CLI that this is showing, so I suspect you are getting this message from your terminating carrier. Looks like A2B is trying to process the call.
