Everyone using Postgres should be aware that creating new ratecards (and probably much else) is broken today, the 29th February.
For many records A2B defaults the end/stop date to the start date with the year field incremented. On leap days like today this causes problems for Postgres users as, unlike MySQL, it performs data validation and prevents invalid dates such as '2008-02-31' getting into the database.
The workaround is to set the stop date manually, until this problem is fixed properly in the code. We've got four years until the next occurence.
